Terms of Service

Service Agreement

These terms govern the use of consulting services provided by Mastering Productivity for Interior Designers. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

Scope & Deliverables

• Consulting sessions are defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
• Deliverables include workflow documents, templates, training materials.
• All intellectual property created specifically for you is yours upon full payment.
• Pre-existing materials and general methodologies remain our property.

Payment & Cancellation

Invoices are due net 15. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Cancellation with 48-hour notice for sessions; longer engagements require 14-day written notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for consequential damages (lost profits, design errors, etc.). We recommend errors and omissions insurance.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY, under AAA rules. This agreement is governed by New York law.

Updates

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
